Spygate Pays Off
Being from Pittsburgh, I’m a huge Steelers fan. Unfortunately, even the biggest Steeler fan like myself has to admit that – at best – Big Ben Roethlisberger is a big, immature douchebag. At worst… well, he’s something much worse. Time and the legal system will tell.
All the same, down there at the sight of his latest dumbass move, in Georgia, something fishy is going on – to his benefit (shocker). So, I went ahead and did a cartoon about it. Ergo and therefore – here it is:
Also, like my elementary school aged kids, I’ve started playing with primary – and, uh, secondary – colors! To wit and QED…
Oh yeah – if you don’t get the punchline reference to New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick videotaping players from other teams, here’s some background on Spygate.

Batten Down the Hatches!
As a Pittsburgh native and – despite having lived in Boston for the last 23 (!) years – still a big Pittsburgh sports fan, the start of baseball season evokes the following thought: “Looks like the Pirates will suck again. But, hey, at least we have the Steelers to look forward to!”
Unfortunately, even the usually reliable hopes for another Steelers Super Bowl title are in question this year, thanks to Ben “Captain Dumbass” Roethlisberger’s latest demonstration of extremely poor decision making.
I won’t go int the details of his most recent boneheaded – and possibly illegal – move here, but I will share the following cartoon that it inspired.
Hey, at least we have the Penguins!

Guys Who Need Cups
I was reading recently about new Red Sox third baseman Adrian Beltre and how he refuses to wear a protective cup, despite the fact that he took one in the jewels last season and suffered a – deep breath here – torn testicle.
That got to me thinking about athletes who should wear a cup but don’t. Aside from Beltre, one other other obvious candidate came to mind…
Do the right thing, gentlemen. Protect the boys.

The Hangover: The Sequel
Don’t know about you, but I really enjoyed the recent Winter Olympics. However, I read about the debt that Vancouver will be left with, which makes me wonder if it’s worth it, and also led to the following cartoon…
But, hey, can you really put a price on watching Lindsey Vonn in a skiing outfit? I think not.
